Use the Intelligence Workspace

The Intelligence Workspace is where you validate a finding rather than take it on faith. It runs the same Attribution service every other door runs, so the figures match, but it is the surface built for following a result down to the products carrying it and checking it against what your team already knows.

The validation flow

Start from the account result. Run the bridge and read the headline change and its legs.
Drill into Item Groups and products. Move down the hierarchy to find which items are actually carrying the movement.
Inspect the connected evidence. Open the supporting sales, traffic, advertising, inventory, and operational detail behind a row, along with any caveats the engine raised for that item.
Test it against brand memory. Check the finding against the brand context and change log your team maintains, plus what the team knows that is not written down anywhere. See Work with brand memory.

That last step is usually where a finding turns into an explanation.

Use your usual MixShift login, the same one you use for the plugin. There is no separate account to set up.

Pick a merchant

The workspace finds the accounts your login can see and lets you pick one.

Pick periods and run

Choose the two periods you want compared, then run the bridge. The item-level grid shows what moved, and clicking into a row opens the bridge popup with the breakdown and any caveats the engine raised for that item.

Weeks of cover windows

The Workspace is the only surface where you can change the weeks-of-cover window. Vendor Central runs on a forward forecast-demand window (9 weeks by default, 6 and 12 also available); Seller Central runs on a trailing-sales window (30 days by default, 7 and 14 also available). Through the service, the CLI, MCP, and Monthly Report Max, those windows run at the defaults. See Limits and freshness.

Export

Export the result to Excel when you want to work with it outside the workspace or hand it to someone else.

Two things worth knowing

Runs are not stored between deploys today. Re-run a bridge you need rather than bookmarking it and coming back later.
Large accounts can take a while to list merchants the first time. Give it a moment on the first load rather than assuming it has stalled.
