If you sign in yourself
Interactive sign-ins, the same MixShift login you already use for the plugin, the Intelligence workspace, or the Builder Platform, are granted the intelligence:read scope by default. So are a Claude (claude.ai and Claude Desktop) connector and MixShift added to ChatGPT as a custom app. There is nothing extra to turn on, with one exception: a connector or app added before September 27 keeps the read-only access it was approved with, which did not include Intelligence. For an older Claude connector, remove it and add it again to get it. If you added MixShift to ChatGPT before September 27, add it again to get the full access: reconnecting keeps the access it was first set up with. See Connect AI tools over MCP.
If you are running a service credential
Credentials minted for scripts, agents, or scheduled jobs need the scope granted explicitly. On the Service credentials tab at /admin, tick "Also grant MixShift Intelligence read access" when you create (or rotate) the credential. Every call from that credential is then checked against the scope, the same as any other permission.
What "not enrolled" means
If a call comes back not_enrolled (403), it means MixShift has switched Intelligence off for that specific account, not that the credential or the login is missing anything. If you run into it and expected the account to be on, get in touch.
