MixShift Intelligence FAQ

Who can use MixShift Intelligence?

Every account, by default. Interactive sign-ins already have the scope, including a Claude connector and MixShift added to ChatGPT as a custom app. A Claude connector added before September 27 needs removing and adding again first; if you added MixShift to ChatGPT before September 27, add it again. A service credential gets it with one checkbox at /admin. See Get access.

What does it cost?

Included in your MixShift subscription. Every insight run is metered so usage-based pricing can follow.

How does this relate to my standard monthly report?

The standard monthly report stays exactly as it is, built directly from warehouse data. Monthly Report Max is the version built on Intelligence: it produces a client-ready brief plus a private internal companion, each on its own persistent per-brand page, with every figure coming from the Monthly Read request, footing-checked, with the engine's own caveats and statements attached. If your account is not enrolled, Monthly Report Max falls back to the standard report rather than running a thinner version of itself. See Run Monthly Report Max.

Will Intelligence tell me what caused a change?

Only when the available evidence supports that conclusion.

Many valuable findings are structural attribution or connected evidence rather than proof of cause. Intelligence preserves that distinction and shows you what should be checked next when the data cannot settle the question alone. A relationship between two metrics does not become causation because the language sounds confident.

How do I get into the Intelligence Workspace?

Sign in with your usual MixShift login. See Use the Intelligence Workspace.

Why does a number here differ from what I see in Seller Central?

It should not, once you read the caveats. A bridge foots: its pieces sum exactly to the same total change your own reporting would show. Where a figure looks off at a glance, it is almost always a caveat explaining a like-for-like comparison, a dark period, a promotion, or a restatement, rather than a different number. See Reading a bridge for what each caveat kind means.

Where is the method documented?

Reading a bridge covers footing, mix versus rate, and the caveats in plain language, and links the full whitepaper for the method itself.

Can Intelligence or HCAM be licensed?

Yes. The architecture exists so a business can take the efficiency AI offers on analysis it is still able to audit, and that problem is not specific to Amazon: software products, internal brand data environments, agencies, and platforms all face it. If you want to adopt the technology in your own business, we will consider licensing it. There is no published commercial model; get in touch and we will talk it through.
