Service Credentials
Admin-issued service credentials so scheduled tasks and automations can run without a person at the keyboard.
or just say “set up a service credential”
Comes with the plugin, one install activates every skill. See the install flow.
A scheduled task or cron can’t click a sign-in link because nobody’s there to click it, so unattended runs need their own way in that doesn’t depend on a person being present.
A one-time setup code from your MixShift admin gets exchanged into a credential anchored where the schedule can always find it, verified with a real token mint so you know the automation will actually work when it fires.
What your agent can do
- 01
Uses an admin-issued credential instead of an interactive sign-in
- 02
Built for scheduled tasks that run on their own schedule
- 03
Supports CI jobs and other automations
- 04
Works with no person present at the keyboard
Before you run
For unattended runs only. Needs a one-time setup code from your MixShift admin at /admin.
- Which folder anchors the credential so scheduled runs can always rediscover it
- A distinct credential label per automation, for clean attribution and revocation at /admin
